WLRD invites Australian architects, building designers, interior designers, landscape designers and residential teams to register interest in 2027. Built homes and future concepts appear in the proposed Australian framework; final eligibility and terms will follow in the official rules.

The proposed Australian framework currently describes nine awards, an A$50,000 Grand Prix and A$0 entry and winner fees. These are proposals, not final commitments; funding, eligibility, judging, dates and terms must be confirmed in the official rules.
The Australian awards framework and proposed benefits apply to Australia only. Final 2027 rules are required before formal entries open.

The 2026 Best Luxury Residence Award was presented to AUD Build for 75 Cutler Road, Clontarf NSW 2093. The 2027 Australian categories and benefits remain proposed until the official rules are published.
